One of the most requested items on the Dragon Grille Summer 2019 Breakfast Menu is the Avocado Toast, a healthy and artfully stacked French baguette with avocado, baby heirloom tomatoes, extra-virgin olive oil, freshly cracked pepper and micro greens. For extra protein, you may add a cage-free egg for $2. Also in the Dragon Grille, the Cereal-Crusted French Toast comes highly recommended by DragonRidge members of all ages. It features cereal-crusted French toast fried to a golden brown and served with maple syrup and fresh berries. The ambiance inside the Dragon Grille and outside on the spacious covered patio provide ideal dining settings for comfortable family gatherings, business meetings, casual dinner dates and intimate parties.
The Montrose Restaurant at DragonRidge Country Club delivers the ambiance and breathtaking scenery that further set DragonRidge apart from other clubs in the Las Vegas valley. Dramatic views of the Las Vegas Strip combined with the colorful tapestry of the desert sunset creates a memorable backdrop to elevate any occasion. The Montrose kitchen is powered by chefs who push the culinary envelope with weekly daring specials, including house-inspired renditions of global cuisine offerings such as the Rhode Island-Style Calamari that has been described by many as “the best calamari in town.” Another popular dish with global flair and signature house stylings is the pan-fried dumplings featuring house-made lamb-, mint- and cumin-filled potstickers, tzatziki Sauce, saltsa domata and scallion threads. The Montrose also offers romantic balcony seating for members who want to enjoy the exceptional desert nights from an elevated view. Best of all, the Montrose dishes are also available in the ONYX Bar, so if members find themselves dining solo, they can unwind in a lively, convivial environment where they can enjoy top cuisine while watching televised sports.
In the popular ONYX Bar at DragonRidge Country Club, you can rely on your mixologists to come up with refreshing drink specials such as the Green Apple Martini, the Espresso Martini and the Blueberry Mint Lemonade. Happy hour in the ONYX Bar features half-priced drinks from 5–7 p.m. Live music is often played Friday nights in the ONYX.
